I’m on a tight budget and recently saw Mats review of the XTool D7S. In that review it was a sub $500 bidirectional scan tool that was very capable. I picked up a “used” unit from the XTool store on ebay for $299. It arrived quickly in the original, unopened package. This might not be the right deal for everyone but could be a great backup tool to have around.
