My a/c and wipers stopped working. I did some troubleshooting and discovered that it was the Blower motor resistor or the blower motor relay (back end of fuse box under dash). I replaced both with new parts. So it fixed the problem as the a/c and wipers worked again.
So I drove to do some errands and used the a/c. Worked flawlessly. Went across town (about 10 miles) and parked the car. Came back out of store and started car and turned on a/c and NOTHING!
A/c and wipers were not working again. Ok, came back home and proceeded to read some more and troubleshoot the car again and still, the a/c and wipers would not work.
Getting late, so stopped for the evening. Next morning, came out to start the car and lo and behold, the a/c and wipers were working again!
I figured some relay, module, etc. is getting hot and is intermittently working.
I read that it could be that the clutch of the a/c compressor might not be communicating with the a/c compressor. Don’t want to go that rout yet.
Any ideas what is the problem? I’m stuck.
