Hi…

All newbies here! I believe if the misfire is traveling between cylinders, it is unlikely compression related or ignition related. You mentioned the TGV system modification and cam sprockets being changed. I would focus on those with either timing or the TGV itself. I don’t know how that operates, but it sounds alot like a similar system on the Ford Coyote motor that causes misfires when it malfunctions…. Good luck!
