My initial thought is that if you are running rich on one bank then that rules out fuel regulator and delivery. A leaking injector would flood the cylinder so it’s a no go there unless of course there is a misfire. I would say that unburned fuel is passing through on that bank and you need to start looking for a weak cylinder. Low compression or weak ignition spark.
