lost need help

my truck runs great for about 4 miles down freeway then all hell breaks loose,
fuel trim bank 2 gos to -20 to -27 loss of power ,spitting popping . I can play with peddle it kicks down a gear and takes off. gos a few hundred feet dose it again. I get off freeway it will start to run a little better zi dont get it.
I have small exhaust leak can that be doing all this?

Where is your exhaust leak coming from exactly? And I imagine there’s a check engine light…what are the codes?
