my s10 has an idle problem only after i go above 30mph and coast in gear there is no engine brake and if i go into neutral or press the clutch the rpms go very high. it hangs around 2.500 slowly drop to around 1.500 and rises quickly back to 2,500 and keeps doing this until i come to a complete stop. sometimes without doing nothing to the car it drives completely normal with no weird rpms when driving. seems like something is causing my iac to open more than it should after i pass the 30mph speed. my speedometer works normal but i would say the needle is a little slow. the iac works and is not clogged. i checked the tps using live data from scanner and there is no dead spots. i discarded vacuum leaks since this issue is speed related when i am not moving my idle is normal.
