2000 honda insight

I have a 2000 honda insight head warped when it over heated, got head fixed but now low power, engine misfire on all 3 cylinders every time I test drive it. did the coils get damaged from the over heating?
2 weeks now haven’t figured it out yet. codes are misfire. all cylinders. have innova 5610 scan tool but the service manual is confusing on how to test some things. ordered pico 2205A scope waiting for it to show up. so far I believe Iam reading the scan tool correctly the map sensor, the Tps sensor, the IAT sensor, the nock sensor, Ect sensor, and the two 02 sensors check out ok. compression 175 all cyl
no vac leaks, cam timing right on. engine shakes. should I wait for the scope ?
